SuperPower® piping

We manufacture and supply SuperPower® Ceramic Pipes (CERAM, BASALT and ZIKAL CAST) Anti-wear, which provide a useful life 25 times longer than conventional pipes! It is an element that is composed of standard ceramic segments and coincident in internal diameters to your current installation. The construction is composed of a steel casing, which provides structural resistance, plus an adhesive for fixing the ceramic bushings.

ADAPTABLE TO YOUR INSTALLATION

Due to the thickness of the internal ceramic (from 10 to 25 mm. depending on the type), the SuperPower® Ceramic Pipes (CERAM, BASALT and ZIKAL CAST) are built with a larger external diameter (external steel casing), which is normally 2″ larger than the internal diameter. For this we supply conversion or intermediate flanges, to adapt your current installation to the SuperPower® Pipe, without variation of the internal diameter and therefore without changing the flow to be transported.
